Team Building

On August 17, the SMCB personnel gathered at All Hands Beach Resort in Subic, Zambales, for a day of team building. The event was filled with activities designed to strengthen camaraderie, enhance collaboration, and boost morale among the team.
Engaging group exercises on the beach were done that made the day a perfect blend of fun and learning. The shared experiences fostered a stronger sense of unity, leaving everyone recharged and motivated for the challenges ahead.
