OBJECTIVE
The College Department shall strive to deliver dynamic and transformative Ignacia Marian Education responsive to local industry demands as well as global professional standards through quality instruction, research and community extension.

At the end of the BSITcourse, the Ignacian Marians are expected to:
- Apply competent technical skills and other knowledge domains to address complex real- world problems by defining computing requirements needed to design solutions using a system-level perspective;
- Utilize updated Information Technology-based researches and modern and universally suitable computing tools;
- Manifest the value of strong and sustainable service responsive to the needs of the society.

At the end of the BSBA course, Ignacian Marians are expected to:

- Demonstrate knowledge, skills and values in human resource in facilitating employment and integration process in local and global corporate environment;
- Perform entry level jobs or position responsibilities of a financial analyst, financial manager or executives in meeting the demands of local corporate and global industries;
- Utilize feasibility studies and other business researches/plan in improving the quality of life leading to worldwide economic growth;
- Render community service advocating corporate social responsibility.

At the end of their training in the Teacher Education course, the Ignacian Marians are expected to:

- Exhibit transformative Ignacian Marian education that will enable them to become effective, efficient and dynamic educators;
- Deliver teaching strategies using technological innovations and research-based skills to better prepare them for their role as educators;
- Manifest desire to meet the literacy needs of the community particularly those in the periphery of the society.
- Demonstrate global competitiveness, professionalism, and full understanding of human person, social, cultural and spiritual values, and preservation of mother earth.

At the end of the BSN course, Ignacian Marians are expected to:

- Demonstrate awareness of the health needs of the local and global society as well as commitment to the alleviation of problems arising there from;
- Practice the learned skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary for the attainment of the four fundamental goals of nursing, namely:
a. promotion of health
b. prevention of illness
c. alleviation of suffering
d. restoration of health
e. provision of spiritual care - Exhibit a research attitude utilizing the nursing process as the basic framework which should lead to the utilization of research findings;
- Proclaimers of a tradition of excellence and life-long learning that reflect understanding and appreciation of the significance of the promotion of health, the prevention of illness, the restoration of health, and the alleviation of suffering in human living;
- Involve oneself voluntarily in any form of community service activities in pursuance of making life better for others especially the disadvantaged sectors of the society;
- Uphold virtues of compassion, truth, justice, integrity, nationalism and strong faith in God.

At the end of their training in BSHRM course, Ignacian Marians are expected to:
- Promote national historical heritage by showcasing unique Filipino traits such as hospitality, strong faith in God and love of family as well as transcultural awareness by being exposed to global work settings;
- Respond to the needs of the community by actively participating in advocacies that would uplift their spiritual, moral, emotional and socio-economic life;
- Utilize latest research developments in tourism and hospitality, knowledgeable of the industry’s best practices to further sustainability, capable of upholding Ignacian Marian values while instilling a noble intention to serve society;
- Perform task, functions, duties and activities effectively and efficiently to the standards expected in the operation of hotels, restaurants, travel, government and non-government agencies in accordance with the competency standards guided by quality transformative Ignacian Marian education.

At the end of their training in BSTM course, Ignacian Marians are expected to:
- Promote national historical heritage by showcasing unique Filipino traits such as hospitality, strong faith in God and love of family as well as transcultural awareness by being exposed to global work settings;
- Respond to the needs of the community by actively participating in advocacies that would uplift their spiritual, moral, emotional and socio-economic life;
- Utilize latest research developments in tourism and hospitality, knowledgeable of the industry’s best practices to further sustainability, capable of upholding Ignacian Marian values while instilling a noble intention to serve society;
- Perform task, functions, duties and activities effectively and efficiently to the standards expected in the operation of hotels, restaurants, travel, government and non-government agencies in accordance with the competency standards guided by quality transformative Ignacian Marian education.
