On July 9, we had the privilege of leading a comprehensive Disaster Preparedness seminar for the dedicated personnel of the SMCB, facilitated by the Baliwag City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office. This vital training focused on equipping our teams with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively handle emergency situations. From understanding risk assessments to implementing response strategies, our goal is to ensure every member is prepared to act swiftly and confidently in the face of disaster. Together, we are building a resilient community, ready to face any challenge that comes our way.
