The St. Mary’s community came together for the Values of the Month presentation by Grade 12 – St. Margareth and the exciting launching of the Wellness Dancercise led by the MAPEH Area as part of the celebration of Nutrition Month 2026.

Through meaningful values and joyful movement, we are reminded that a healthy lifestyle is not only about what we eat but also about making positive choices, staying active, and caring for our overall well-being.
